Oreo Cupcakes

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Follow my chocolate cake recipe here to make the batter. 
Place one broken Oreo in each cupcake cup.
Pour batter into each.
Bake for about 18 minutes.

For the frosting:
2 cups heavy cream
4 tbls. confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. v. extract
3/4 c. crushed Oreos

Whip heavy cream until peaks are about to form.  Add in sugar and extract and whip until peaks form.  Fold in crushed Oreos.

Delicious!
